Also wish when using the auto high beams feature it didn't turn them off when going below 21 mph.

Other than that I absolutely love my Tundra. :)

I could go for a rear locker, more front legroom and as long as I'm dreaming, give me an xtra cab with suicide doors instead of a fancy back seat. Nobody has ever been back there aside from the dogs.

Wish my Tundra came with Front and back cameras instead of having to buy them separate and hard wire them. There at least should be an option to pay for them. Further why can you not plug a dash cam in to the wire feeds for the rear mirrors. Why do you need to put wires into roof liner then all the way down to fuse box?

I had a friend who went to SEMA this this year, and happen to see the opening of the Toyota booth area. A car/truck designer was being interviewed at that time I was told. Then later on the Velocity channel they did have a interview and show and tell about the new design for the 19s which I happen to see on TV. I'm told Texas is the build spot for them. In Hayward CA the Tacoma used to be built there, but that ended and now Tesla's are built there. Wish I knew the head Rooster to give some feed back to.

Anyone got any tips who to write to...

Honestly....this is a repeat on this site. Personally....I don't like all the electrically crap the big three have. I'm quite happy with truck the way it is. The less electrical crap the better.

There are a few things I wish were different. But not much.

I am curious; why not? I always have my hands full of things, with one finger to spare to pull the door open. Now I have to put everything down to get my keys to open the door. Same for leaving; pull computer, lunch box plan sets out of the truck, put everything down on the ground to lock and put my keys away, or just with everything in my hands just wave my hand in front of the handle and it locks.
Is there a downside to having it that I don't see?

I don't like it...Not to mention security issues I see with it. But that's me. I don't have issues using my keys/key fob. My ex mother in-law and my mom have that feature I've used it before getting into their vehicles.....don't like it.

Same here. I have no use for any of those things. Lack of storage and crappy stock stereo are the only issues I have.
Well, also the fact that the gen 2s were faster.

A flat floor or at least a reason to leave the ledge such as storage box, etc... Seriously cant believe Toyota thought this back seat floor design was acceptable. Really annoying with groceries too, slide off hump. ESP has a long box where he had custom seat brackets made for the middle. If he made brackets for the two ends the floor would be nearly flat all the way across, just need carpet to match.20181026_075018.jpg
