Since i have a build thread for the Tundra, I figured why not make on for the daily whip too?

It's a 2006 Accord EX-L v6 6-Speed manual. She was my first car. I've had it for about 2 1/2 years and put about 51,000 miles on it in that amount of time. It's mostly stock, aside from Tien Street Advance Coilovers a couple thousand miles ago when the original shocks finally went out. Everything else is stock aside from StopTech brake pads and Centric premium blank
    rotors.

she's at 216,000 miles now on the original clutch.

A co-worker has that exact car, color and all. He is at 200K miles and just did the clutch. Been a great car for him.

Nice! yeah it's been good to me. aside from regular maintenance I've done valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, PCV valve, shocks, brakes, Front LCAs and F/R swaybar links. pretty good for a non-toyota with more than 200k on it.

Just don't forget those timing belts!! My co-worker waited until 138K for his first one. Ballsy

yep! I'm a little more than 5k over the interval (210,000) but I have the gates kit sitting for when my truck is all ready so I have a vehicle to drive while I do it.

I've been a longtime Accord fanatic. The Tundra was/is my first non-Accord. I had two 7th gen Accords and I think those were my favorite.

    I had a '95 v6 Accord.
    Loved that thing to pieces!
If i would've kept it, a 5 speed swap was next on the agenda.

Scored a ‘79 Accord Hatchback with 80k miles at an auction years ago for $900! Tuned her up and put new tires on it and got another 80k miles before selling. Good cars.

Always liked seeing that red v6 badge and the TL-S 5 spokes, especially on the 4 doors

Heck yeah! The 7th gens were the last ones with hydraulic power steering.
Nice! How many miles? 04? 05?
Same though. That red v6 badge makes me so excited.

Very nice! I did some work on one a few years ago. These things got some heat for a V6

Yeah not too shabby. 245hp(255 with premium) out of a 3.0L is not too shabby, even by today’s standards.

It was an '04. Had about 121,000 when I bought it. I traded my brother and now he has it in Texas.
