I thought it was a good place. Lots of rocks. I’ve been when it was very dry. It should be interesting with all the rain that’s been dumped here.

My son and I went there early this Spring and camped out by the entrance. It was dry at the time and the easy trails are tight for our long-wheelbased Tundras. But if you don't mind adding more pinstripes, then that's a non-issue. As wet as it is out there now I'd be more concerned with sliding on descents or ascents, especially with how heavy our trucks are. I'd go with at least another rig, preferably one real familiar with the trails.

I definitely want to go back with a few other trucks. Oh, and skid plates and sliders. Dragged the frame over some steep hills. It was slick for sure. My old worn out ridge grapplers did pretty well. I did get turned around a few times in the back lol but it was fun

Oh, sounds like you got to go earlier today? If so, that's awesome you tackled those wet trails. Where'd you scrape the frame?

It was interesting for sure. Don’t remember exactly but it was some hill by one of the oil derricks. Then on top it kinda over looked the quarry.

    Corsicana.... my hometown.
Now a shithole. There's only two things worth a damn in Corsicana.
One is this mom and pop Tex-Mex place called Old Mexican Inn. It's located on the west side of town. It's been around since the 1940s and still ran by the family that started it. The other is the Russell Stover chocolate factory.

So when is the next meet up? I'm curious as I've been traveling so much. Missed on some meet ups but would like to attend one soon.

I was born in Corsicana and still have a lot of family there. When I lived there, Jester park still had a working steam train for kids to ride, Pioneer Village still had an Indian skeleton on display, and the converted trolley car on 2nd avenue was the newest burger place in town.

Rode that train at Jester Park. Ate at Scotchburger, the converted trolley car. Don't forget about Chuck Wagon with the white gravel lot where HEB is now. Corsicana was such a busy place back in the day that it had three Dairy Queens.

There's a Cap-it (meh) near me, Summit Racing in Arlington, and 4WheelParts in Fort Worth.
None are great but you can waste some time at any of them!

4WP is fun to wander around in and look at merchandise up close, but their prices are kind of high. Usually cheaper to order online from elsewhere. They’ll sometimes price match, though.
