Added Digital Processor, amp, speakers and sub; ESP storage tray, Driver Handle, husky mats, Diamondback se, TSS rims and BFG KO 2s

1 month with diamondback se. Had a rollnlock on previous truck. Both have pros and cons. My rollnlock leaked a little, took up space in small bed with canister, sheared drain tubes loading plywood, but easy to have access to entire bed. The diamondback has had no leaks so far, looks better, but if you want to access the entire bed you need to remove the middle support. It’s only 4 clamps but will require basically a reinstall. Not the easiest for one person and will take some time. Not as simple as a retractable top. Fortunately I really don’t need access to the whole bed often so I still vote for the diamondback.

Does anyone have a cover that folds up to the back window and still allows motorcycles to be loaded? Without removing the rail system or cover.

Rugged 2 cover. Looks good tiny bit of water after a very heavy storm.
Wish it folded all the way up though. Got it used for 280 so I couldn’t pass it up.

The undercover flex ultra flex or armorflex allow for flip up and still can load motorcycle. Buddy has the ultraflex and still can load his bike but usually takes the 10 min to pull it off if going distance. I like the carpeted bottom of ultraflex but the armorflex is sick looking with the LINEX top

    Undercover Ridgelander Tonneau cover

I have an undercover ridgelander. At first, this cover was a pain. It leaked, one of the latches didn’t work right, and it didn’t come with the rubber strips for the vortex bars. However, the company sent me new latches. Rhino rack sent me new rubber strips. To fix the leakage, I got a can of flexseal and sprayed under the mounting rails where they meet the bed. The leaking has significantly improved. Now I’m starting to like this cover. It took a couple of months though. Haha

UnderCover, it came already with the Tundra, does the job, when loading it up, it's like video game Tetris

Took a trip to Phoenix this weekend. Have an Extang 2.0. Drove through some rain, and everything inside was pretty wet. This cover is not even close to water tight.
    Not good!!

It was a heavy storm, but I had higher expectations. Even a carwash lets some water in.

I just called my installer Killam out of East Windsor, CT - I explained my situation and she said to bring it right over.

The MOMENT I have a chance I’m headed over.

Its just a matter of the two bolts with nuts on either side and the cover comes out?

I need access to my bed for motorcycle transport and just in case it doesn’t fit with it rolled I wanted to see how easy it is to remove, thanks in advance

I will be picking up a Truxedo Pro x15 tomorrow and installing it. Struggled back and forth a lot with whether to go trifold, retractable, roll top or soft top. The big thing for me is that if I want immediate full use of the cab, the retractables box takes up too much room for me. The trifolds when folded up against the cab totally block the view and the roll tops also take up too much room unless you also take them off. I am still getting used to the CM size bed as I had the DC prior to this and miss the extra bed space. I installed the swing box fender storage box on each side and those are lockable. I will post when I get it set up. I also like the lifetime warranty on the Truxedos and figure I could always switch out to another type of system later if need be.

Put it on yesterday and was a little aggravated with the install as the width of the rear folding bar is right at 1/16th too wide and you have to finagle getting it between the rails. It's the extra width from the factory spray in liners that create tightness as the rails have that extra material to displace them. The front part of the bed behind the cab was a challenge also for the same reason. Definitely won't pop off and on as easily as advertised as the snugness takes a bit to maneuver. Other than that it's working well and easy to adjust then tension setting. It's rigid for a soft cover and definitely does not take up muck space when rolled up and currently doubt I will see a need for complete removal anyway. Will post pics soon.

That seems to be a reasonable price; installed. I seem to recall about 1200. I installed it myself in about 3 hours.

Drove 4 hours to buy an UnderCover Flex. Get there and the seller brings out this Rugged Cover 2. He didn't know what he had and posted it wrong. Gave me the cover for my troubles and I have to say, I like it! Free!

I have a Lomax cover and it’s super sleek. Has scratched but that was when the dealer took it off to put on my new truck. I will try and pst a pc but if not here’s a link.

Question for the "UnderCover Flex" users ... did you remove the stock tie-down rail system to install the cover or did you leave it in place ... ? I see that I can get the cover either way and I don't know if one way is better than the other ... ! I have never used the tie-downs but, of course, I will probably need them the week after removing them ...

Rail system didn’t have to be removed but you can no longer use your bed cleats for tie downs. Only down side about this cover.

Rugged Cover- works perfectly so far and easy on and off. It is about 15 pounds lighter than the factory tonneau that my 17 Tacoma had.
