Trying to use up last year's ground deer so we made sausage. 2 pounds of breakfast sage and 2 pounds of spicy Italian. Both came out pretty good, we're using 1/2 of the Italian in lasagna tonight. Still have a couple of pounds left so I might try some smoked cajun links. I've never made links before so it could be an adventure. Or I might do jerky in the dehydrator. My current tooth situation won't be able to handle it, so would be give aways. Grandkids love them some deer jerky.

Love summer sausage with cheese and mustard on crackers. Please share if you can locate it.
