Normally I hate people that do that crap, because usually their rockers, fenders, etc are rusted, they slap a bunch of body filler on there and then slap bed liner on there.

On your truck, it looks great. Matches all the other black on it, and it looks clean enough to where you know its not concealing a bunch of rust.

Putting Line X on the rocker panels, is that a do it yourself job?

    I think it looks great.

Maybe for some people, there are products you can buy and apply yourself. I took it to a local Line X shop and had them do it. 24 hour turnaround and $800 for the premium Line X.

Thanks, I am pleased with the look. They wanted to take it up to the door panel line but I thought that was too much. I bought this truck because it was solid, with no rust and I want to keep it that way. In Wisconsin that is a battle, any paint chip will rust and the rocker panels take a beating on gravel roads when bird hunting.

Installed N-FAB Predator steps yesterday. Pretty easy, had to drill out bracket holes to get them aligned but no big deal in aluminum.

Looks Great! $800 seems a bit high compared to getting whole bed for few hundred less. Guessing its the Premium.......

I’m in the middle of mine with rusted fasteners that are turning. Did you run into that issue?

Its the labor, takes more time to mask that straight ass line, make it look 100% perfect. In the bed, they just slap that stuff on there, easy peasy, no real need to be all that careful with the mask job, it goes a lot quicker.

Bought the truck a week ago Sunday, so far she's gotten: seats pulled for a full carpet shampooing, interior detail (took three days alone), floor liners, window visors, LED interior and license plate lights, polished and sealed headlights, RAM mount on dash, dash pulled to fix dash clock and radio wiring, sketchy wiring removed/replaced, AIP bypass module, carbon filter delete, cabin filter, 2018 takeoff shocks and struts, greased driveshaft, rotated tires. It's like a brand new truck now for only $400 in parts and a few nights of labor! Just scored an info switch too so I can get the MPG mod.

This was from over the weekend, while trying to find deer to shoot south of Hartsel, CO (no luck, but b/c I'm a bad shot at 300yds). My family has a small plot of land that backs up to 300 acres of BLM land and there is another 3000+ acres about a mile up the road. Was fun doing what I would consider light to moderate wheeling. Exercised the high and low range of the 4 wheel drive system. Never missed a beat. Also, my truck can blend in a little in the dry, dusty area. Then on Monday had to clean the cow crap off the exterior and dust the interior.

This has become a favorite place for me to get away for a few days because the views are amazing. Some points I can turn 270 degrees and see mountain peaks. But, it generally is really windy, so that can take away from the experience sometimes.

Enjoy some pics I took! Not sure if the panorama will work, but, worth a try.

    Cheers!

Yes, big mules up there. It's straight West of CO Springs about 70 miles.

Haven't heard of these before. How does the price/quality compare to Katzkins? Did you install yourself?

    They look great.
