Sweet! Had new Michelin Defender LTX M/S put on today. Also had the trailer tires installed. All set for winter.

Side note: I’ve never thankfully had to drop my spare tire. Last time it was dropped was at the same service station to put on the ‘newer’ treaded tire as a back up. They said the drop needed a special key to turn the nut. They must have forgot to put it back in my service tool pouch 5 years ago.

Service manager said they ordered a new one and it will be here next week and will do the change over then. I’m going to watch for tips.

    Anyone familiar with the technique?

Thanks. It’s the tough country 2.5” lift. Tires are 285/75/17. The fronts will rub. You will have to modify the front bumper and the area around the mud flap.

You wouldn’t happen to have any pictures of what is modified? You are still running the front mud flaps?
