    Evening all,
Am looking for alternative to the "anemic" incandescent turn signal lights on 2018 TRD off road with full LED front lights. They are barely visible with the DRL let alone with the LED headlights. Been to "Headlight revolution" and only see information on "switchbacks". Looking for a true LED turn signal bulb (read brighter), and will play with resistors. Any information from the members would be appreciated as to source of parts, previous experience and of course to light the front end of the Tundra up at intersections turning.

@BlueBottle did his. And a few other guys. I'd love to find a set for under $50 that don't require resistors

I've got the LED turn signals on my headlights from Headlight Revolution. They're brighter than OEM, but I think the VLEDS that a couple of people are running are even brighter? Not really sure TBH. Check my albums and build page for some pics. They do require a resistor.

I have vled Triton V6. They have a plug and play resistor so no splicing needed. Bright AF! Not cheap though.

I couldn't get the switchbacks to work on mine. They were always amber so I returned them. I like the shade of amber of the Headlight Revolution's, but I wish they were brighter. I may bite the bullet again at some point and go with the amber V6's.

I didn’t get switchbacks. My drl is on the 18 led headlamps. Those lights only act as a signal only and I have never had an issue with them. I use them for both front and rear signals.

Yeah, I saw. Was just stating for the record. I had the 17's w/o DRL FWIW.

That's what I am talking about and looking for. Are they plug and play? Resistors?

Will VLED also work in the back for plug and play resistors ?

Triton V6 VLEDs, resistors were not required on my stock 18 headlights.

A little steep for 2 bulbs. - $20 if you don't need the hyper flash fix.

    Evening,
Have finished the upgrade on the front turn signal lights on the 2018 Tundra CM 4x4 off road. After watching many "you tube vids" on having to pull the grill, head light lower valance and finally the headlight itself to install VLEDS. I can attest that the LEDS can be installed without removing any of the intimidating front of your truck. I did remove the bolts that hold the windshield washer fluid bottle down and on the driver side loosened the battery hold down bracket to move battery over a bit. Did disconnect the negative battery cable. IT CAN BE DONE. I know it is protocol to post pics and I will attempt to do this. A big THANKS to @BlueBottle for the picts of a previously completed project.

Tried and it asked for a file with no provisions to browse, tried to copy and paste and we all see the result of that. Have phone connected to computer as we speak, thanks for the suggestion.

IMG_20181014_152637024_HDR.jpg Finally, thanks for the prod to keep working. Still outrageously happy with the improvement, fear it is just the beginning.

So I've been looking for a similar setup myself. Tried the LASFIT led bulbs that advertised themselves to have built in resistors but after installing them still does hyperflash so buyer beware! And honestly I was not impressed with the brightness. Also ditto on not taking the headlight assy, just listen the washer bottle and listen the battery to give you some room. I have Vleds on my Venza so I can attest to their brightness but they are not cheap but you get what you pay for

Sorry to hear about the "Lasfits" they looked impressive. Settled with VLED Tritons in the front and have since put the lower level VLED's on the rear. Resistors at every corner and work great. Been considering the third brake light and cargo in LED's also but have read somewhere here that there is interference with the key fob since there is supposed to have the pick up near the cargo/third brake lights. So that project is on hold.
