Looking to move to South Carolina ( western part ) within the next 6 months from Connecticut. Any members from around there that can give me suggestions on things to do ( motor sports , camping or places to meet people ) . I am leaving all my family and friends to start a new life. I'm 60 years old and act 20. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Motor sports and adventure activities very limited in most areas in SC. I would suggest looking into Greenville SC (still limited) or Asheville NC. Any further south and everything will be limited to golf, fishing, and bourbon.

I moved to Easley, SC (10 miles outside of Greenville) 4 years ago. There’s a huge outdoor community here, and downtown Greenville is awesome!
