Windshield wipers won’t turn off

    Black 2006 tundra double cab
    Dana 44 sas, 63” Chevy springs, shackle flip, 4.10 gears
    So like the title says my wipers won’t shut off. The only way I can stop them is by either shutting the key off or unplugging the switch. All the speeds work properly and the contacts feel ok. Normally I would blame the switch because it’s got a few miles on it but at the same time this happened my radio, clock, and 4x4 buttons quit working. My guess is a short from the dash to wiper harness. Anyone have any other ideas?
