Squeaking with BDS 7" Lift... HELP

I need help/suggestions... I've got a 2018 TRD off-road with a 7" BDS lift. I upgraded rear shocks to the Fox shocks and added BDS UCA's to the front end. I've got the bilstein 4600's in the front that come stock with the TRD Off-Road. I've had my lift on for about a month and a half and just stared noticing terrible squeaking when going over speedbumps or uneven terrain at slow speeds. I had the lift re-torqued about 500 miles after installed and he said everything was still good and tight. Does anyone have this same problem or know what it could possibly be? TIA

 

If it's the same issue I had with my 2011 and 2014 Tundras that had the 7" BDS, it's the swar bar end links. BDS said they are not covered under the "No BS Fine Print Warranty"

 

did they go bad? I've only had the lift for about a month and a half so i wouldn't imagine any of the parts have already failed...

 

Don't think so, I think the way they are designed they just kept squeaking very bad. I put some dry lube on the pivot ball and it helped for awhile but it kept coming back.

I paid for replacements and it just came back. I ended up trading both trucks before I messed with it anymore. Didn't trade simply because of the lift, just wanted a Platinum and my lady needed a daily driver.

 

Sway bar end links. The pivoting ball ends are exposed to all elements and drys out

 

That sucks...I have been looking forward to BDS kit come tax time 2019.

Is this only with BDS or other lift kits with Similar heights doing the same thing?

 

I have a BDS lift on my tundra and love it. I abuse it so much, I off road with it, and full sent and BENT the spindle. They sent me a new one ASAP it was nice knowing their warranty process was so easy and they stand behind it.
