No sound from rear speakers

    Good Morning,
    I have a new 2016 SR5 with the HD audio system. I've upgraded the speakers but the sound still doesn't seem 'right'. All I hear is the center in-dash speaker, even with the fader set almost all the way to the rear speakers. Is this normal? If so, is there a fix, without breaking the bank?
