    I am sure it will be I am letting this one cook low and slow for at least 10 hours, should come off around 5 or 6pm

    Ah.. The beauty of slow cooked pork butt.

    • Toss it in a pan with Aloha sauce and saute cabbage, serve w/ rice and you have HAWAIIAN BBQ KHALUA PORK
    • Pan fry some larger chunks of smoked butt, serve with salsa, cilantro and onion and you have MEXICAN CARNITAS
    • Or just throw some good 'ol BBQ sauce on it and PULLED PORK
    • Throw it in with some beans, onions etc. for some great Creole Red Beans n Rice
    Anyone else have ideas/uses?

    The absolute highest and best possible use for pulled pork is......

    TACOS!

    Make up a 'finishing sauce' with vinegar base, red pepper flakes and some of the rub. MMMMMM good!

    The way we do it is smoke the butt till ready then pull it after a rest. once pulled it's set out on a taco/nacho bar. pile some pork in your shell and splash it with a bit of the finishing sauce then top with your choice of goodies.
