    That’s a small tire. 295/60r17 is 30.9 high 11.6 wide

The stock size 275/65r18 is a 32.1 high and 10.8 wide.

Sure you said your tire size correctly?

Edit: Profile says 3rd gen but this is in the first gen section. What truck are you asking for?

Plenty of people (me included) run 295/70r18 or ~34.3" tires with only minor things to do: remove front mud flap, maybe push the front fender well in. If you don't have aftermarket UCAs and your wheels aren't super high offset, anything less will fit easy.

I seriously doubt running that size will void your warranty. Cosmetic changes like bending your fender liner won’t affect warranty whatsoever.

So that we are clear. You’re wanting to run a tire size smaller than stock but wider with a 3 in lift?

When you put it that way I’m not. I’m just trying to figure out a setup that won’t make me have to trim down anything

I feel like we're missing each other here. What size wheels are you running? 17's 18's 20's? The tire size you spec'd above is for a 17 in wheel. That tire size would also be smaller than the stock tire height although wider. It would look like you skipped leg day if you paired that tire size with a 3 in lift. Just trying to make sure we are on the same page and give you the correct advice.

Ok, in that case the last number of your tire size will be an 18 not 17. 295/60R18 not 295/60R17. The second number of the sequence is a percentage of the width (first number) that determines the height of the tire. 60 is to low unless you would be running 20" or bigger. I would suggest the 275/70R18. I ran those on my pro with zero trimming or removal of the mudflaps.

Are you going to be using stock wheels(rims) or aftermarket?

Looks like a +20 offset. That’s within the sweet spot for tundras. You’ll be fine with a 295/70. MAY have to push fender liners in. Still won’t void warranty if you need to.

If you’re still anxious about it, try a 33”, but they will look a little small. I have a 275/70 tire and they still look on the small side.
