    hello all!

I recently picked up my first vehicle a month ago and I am super excited

    I got a 2000 AC tundra 4x4 limited with 170,000 miles for $5,300

Bought bone stock, and it had a nice camper shell on it

I have done a lot of work recently, and just would like some constructive criticism or future build ideas specifically armor for the truck

Here's a list of my modifications

    Worx beast rims
    275/75r17 BFg KO2
    Front and rear bilstein 5100's
    Pioneer stereo and door speakers
Lots of engine work including water pump timing belt and coolant system
Custom blacked out headlights and tail lights
Plasti dip over a lot of the chrome.

I have had minimal luck with ideas on front bumpers and adding light bars onto the 1st gen.

    Any feedback is welcomed. Thanks!!!IMG_0708.jpgIMG_0489.jpgIMG_0636.jpgIMG_0518.jpg

So far all I've found is tube or plate styles. Plate bumper is definitely on my list. Not crazy about the tube style on Tundras. IMG_1412.jpgIMG_1411.jpg

Love the look of it and that you take it out and treat it like a truck.

    welcome from Colorado.20160229_173037.jpg 20160229_173037.jpg
Dude, you've got my old truck! I bought a black 2000 limited new sold it last March with 187k after I got my 13. I love the bigger truck but miss the smaller one at the same time. I would have kept it but needed the money for to keep the payment on the20160229_173037.jpg new one low. If yours is in good shape you got a killer deal! I got $10k for mine.

The reason I don't like the plate bumpers is that most of them are just huge, I'm probably going to do a tube bumper with a skid plate that runs all the way to the suspension a arm cross brace
I think if you do it right with a low profile tube bumper a skid plate it looks way better. Gonna have to move the actual metal bumper support to fit everything looking good
