What engine to get? 4.6L or 5.7L

One exception I will make, I would buy a CM Tundra Pro in a heart beat if I were looking to buy, haha.

 

No one pays MSRP.....sure you can negotiate!

 

don't get a 4x4 if you don't need it. More to go wrong and more expensive to fix. I am originally from upstate NY and now in Ohio. To many people think they need a 4x4 and never use it. I have a 2016 4.6 and it is plenty of power and $3000.00 cheaper. Don't get caught up in the hype. 4.6, 5.7, both are bullet proof.

 

I couldn't turn down the deal I stumbled across for my current Tundra (4.6L) but anyone asks me I'll tell them to get the 5.7L, they're not even close in comparison. I will say that I love my 4.6L, at 108k miles I could drive circles around my Ford (5.0L) when it had half the miles.

 

5.7 for sure

 

I would have been happy with either one. But the one they had marked down for sale had the 5.7 so I'm glad I got it
