How much lift does this give you in the rear? How you liking them? Easy install?

The shocks themselves dont give any lift. Those looks like stock leaf packs, and no blocks, cant see if he installed shackles though. But my guess is zero lift in the back

Do ur sensors work accurately enough? I wanted to put mine there but got talked out of it by my buddy now I’m going to redrill them and put a amber light or maybe just a cap where I first drilled it

    Not many yet, mostly stock.
I re used my original parking sensors and I placed them in what I though to be very close to the original bumper spots. Look at my bumper for the drill site. They work great, at drive troughs, bushes, parking lots etc. Hope this helps.

Not dumb, I didn’t do any of the lift items mentioned, just the shocks. So far they are noticeably better around town, the real test will be when I get on the 60 fwy going through riverside - it used to ride like a jack hammer lol... I will report back :)

Edit: my truck originally came with the black cheapo Toyota shocks, I believe they are the worst in Toyota’s suspension lineup.. the front is still stock with a leveling kit so I’m not expecting a major improvement until I switch those out with new coilovers

Edit2: very easy install, took 20 minutes

THanks for the info. I am wanting the fox's as well and thought i'd do the rears first then the fronts. I think i want the 2.5's though since i have a topper/rooftop tent and do some off road trails. I also have a leveling kit but with the trd off road bilsteins (blue/yellow). You have a leveling kit but nothing in the back (block, shackles)?

About $520 for the dual battery kit, another $500 for the two batteries. Will be adding the G screen later for another $250ish.

Correct, nothing in the back, I do construction and am constantly in n out of the back with tools so I’m not going to lift, I’d like the 2.5’s but for me seem unnecessary, the front will be 2.5’s though. I currently have a 2” leveling spacer in the front and it sits pretty close to level, when I get coilovers I’ll set it to 2.5” and go one up with tire size and I’ll be happy.

Ah, 2" in front makes sense as i thought you were 3" in the front, which is why i asked what you had in the back.

Yea I didn’t want to stress the stock uppers too much, just wanted to get rid of the stink bug look. Here’s how it sits now- I want just a little more height up front

Do you feel like the 2.0 fox's on your 08 runner are enough for off roading (not rock crawling)? Or would you suggest 2.5's? Or even maybe 2.0's with resi's?

Thanks! Now to put the fogs in and the rest of my stuff on the truck lol. Have a little more wiring, mudflaps, rear leds, panels for the rack, mounting all the crap on the rack, hooking up the winch, abs guards, and hard wiring my dash cam.

    Stupid arm...

Somewhere around 4:30 this morning on my way to work the odometer rolled over to 20k miles.

    And I missed it. :(

But of those 20k miles about 5k of them were in Baja for races, so I got that going for me, which is nice.
