GRILL GUARDS ON A 2018 TUNDRA

2018 Black Tundra SR5 4X4

I just bought a 2018 tundra but my Dealer would not put a ranch hand grill guard on it because it is in front of the sensors causing problems is there a on -off button on these sensors or no grill guard installed any opinions would be great
