THANK YOU!!! I officially have no further reservations about this unit. Doing this not only made it sound better than stock (I have the pos "JBL premium sound upgrade package"), but it opened up more settings to adjust. For instance, from what I can tell, if you adjust the bass under that amp sound level it actually sounds like it turns up the bass in what JBL is calling a sub in the back seat and not just dumping a bunch of bass to all the speakers (like adjusting the bass would typically do).

If you are on the fence about this unit, get off of it. Everything works. I have an Iphone and the system works flawlessly with my phone. No excuses.

The ones with buttons aren't Going to be shipped till 2 weeks after the ones without . That was stated in the group buy message. Since it was a new version they needed a little more time to get there stock up I think

The one with button were supposed to ship out 1-2 weeks after the ones without shipped. So that's probably why nobody knows because they just started shipping the w/o buttons late last week. So I wouldn't be surprised if you received a dhl email/text late this week/early next week stating when your unit will arrive. The only thing I would do is verify Phoenix got your order. When I first did it I called to make sure they received my order, come to find out my card blocked the charge because they thought it was fraud. So double check with them then be a lil more patient haha

I think they did that intentionally. I think they weren't able to figure out the code behind the temp numbers so they just used hi/lo. I run mine on Auto and if you adjust just the temperature, you'll notice the fan speed change as you filter through different levels of hot/cold temp. It seems as if its for example 1-20 clicks (1 being the coldest 20 being the warmest). Half way through itll switch to "hi" which is as if you had the temp knob halfway between the hot and cold. ...if that makes any sense. I'm starting to get a feel for where the temps are. You can feel the air get hot/colder. Like I said running it on auto seems to me like the best way to gauge the temp. I used to always run my truck on auto at 77 degrees so I know about what temp that feels like.

    Hi everyone,

I have a similar unit for my Lexus IS250. I'm writing here because my forum doesnt have much info in this regard.

The major issues I have are:

    1) I have to manually connect to my phone hotspot evrye time I turn on the car. Sometimes the connection drops and I have to manually reconnect.

    2) Bluetooth call volume is really low compared to the radio, so when you hang up, the radio will be at full volume killing your speakers and ears. I adjust the radio volumes and Bluetooth volumes in the hidden menu, but it doesn't do anything.

    3) I bought a USB Android cam for the DVR, but selecting DVR shows no signal.

Do you guys have similar issues?

    Thanks

A group buy is when a group of people make a deal with a vendor to sell them a product for a reduced price if the group brings them a certain number of orders. In this case we got a significant discount and as a group placed over 50 orders from this vendor.

Yours came with the temp already showing? Or you changed something to put the temp in there?

There is a group on Facebook that put together the last group buy. Your best bet is to get in on that group.

It took a lot of work and time to get this group buy. Jodi Miller on that group did all the legwork.. Don't think there are enough people for another you need at least 50 people but you might be able to contact the company and tell them you missed out and they might honor the group buy.

What additional items do I need before I receive my radio. If you have this and added something can u post the link for the accessories?

    IE:
External mics, odb2, USB or HDMI ports, additional headrest monitors, anything would be helpful

Anyone from the group buy receive the “knobbed” ones yet? They should have shipped this week or late last week.
