Sweet. I dig the low top bar and those side supports. I'm going to build one by end of year and still studying others to get ideas. Solid truck.

2005 Tundra Double cab with 4runner limited 20” wheels 308k miles currently running 245-60-20 but wanting a little wider when the time comes. Looking at possibly getting 275-55-20 does anyone know if that will rub with factory suspension?

Don't mind the dull front bumper, it will be gone soon.

Thanks! Considering how neglectful I have been with the paint it looks pretty good still in the right light

Once I get some serious suspensions updates and build my bumpers I'm going to have it fully waxed and detailed. I've done nothing but power wash it every 2-6 months for the last 8 years.

Oh man, I would say my paint is the worst part about mine, but if you read any of my threads you'd know better!
I haven't put any close ups of it but my clear has started fading, fast. The hood and roof mostly. I scraped the passenger side on the garage, the bumper has been well used, the driver's door handle is half the man it used to be, and it's got the typical brush truck look. MINE is neglected; yours is BEAUTIFUL.

An ol pic of my trucks. First Toy trucks I have ever owned. Had one very nicely modded Silverado that I enjoyed from 03 to 2010. Before that lots of Ford Rangers. Almost forgot, I had a new 86 forerunner in 86. Not much luck with that one. Went back to my rangers.

It's funny, I actually never wanted one. Didn't like the front end much. Needed to replace my 02 Ranger Edge with something with more room behind the front seat. My friend said his neighbor was selling an 04 access cab. I wasn't interested. One day he got me to look at it. The owener was to old to drive it anymore. It was so clean that I couldn't pass it up. It only had 27,000 miles. It was about 6 years old and booked for about $15,500. I got it for $11,000. After driving it daily for awhile I became a believer. I was surprisingly impressed with my newly aquired 04.
But when I put three of my grandkids in the back seat, they seemed a little cramped. So the search was started for an 05 or 06 D.C.

What’s up guys! Brand new to this forum, and just scrolled through every page of 1st gens. Just bought my first truck a couple weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Already have 5100s (front & rear) and Wheelers off-road AAL being shipped. Will post more pictures when I get everything installed! Love this niche of truck owners, and stoked to be a part of it!
