If you are doing a LT kit it's because you need the performance. Go with the best kit you. An find so it performs like it should. If not save your coins and do a decent mid travel kit. Don't skimp

TC or Camburg. I like TC myself.

Look at the TC kit as well... both are great I’d avoid the procomp if you can.. the other two are race proven. The camburg lower arms hang about 1” lower than the tubular Tc arms. That was my deciding factor , and yes you need coil overs and at least a mid travel rear setup of 2.5 bypass shocks and deavers in the rear to try to keep up w the front

Again before jumping to camburg look at TC as well regarding shocks Fox and king are both comparable ... it will probably just come down to cost for you and availability and wait times

Yeah the LSK is nice but 2” wider than camburg and TC... I wouldn’t do that unless you are a dune whore

Oh and while the “kit” is cheaper there is a hell of a lot of fab work and stuff to do to install it

TC long travel. Deaver 420 SU leaf packs.
I think TC probably has more kits on our trucks than any other brand. MCM has a kit too but it's a little wider than the TC. I'd never consider the Pro Comp

As far as shock options, King and Fox are THE race proven options. Other good options are SAW and Radflo.

Sway-A-Way shocks are straight garbage. I know, I had them on my old truck for 10+ years. 6 MONTHS after being installed the shock shafts began to rust. They got the nickname of StayAWays for a reason. And as stated Radflos aren't that great either. King and Fox are the best options.

As for which LT kit to go with, Camburg, TC and LSK all make good stuff. Just depends on what you want and what you're willing to spend.

Well, I've got some experience with jumping SAW coil-overs on an LT ranger, no issues. Sucks you had problems though. Camburg also specced SAW coilovers with their older chase/mid travel kits. Been out of the desert game for some time, but my recollection of SAW is good.

I think y'all ran him off with those 5-7 grand LT kits. I don't know what his plans where because he never said, but if it was going to be a mall crawler and never see any jumps then who cares what he runs on the truck. I don't have LT, but I do like the look and it would be retarded for me to spend 15-20 grand because everyone on here says to run TC or camburg because it's race proven. I would like more than just spacers for the wide look, but my pockets aren't deep enough for all that. I have icons front and rear (2.5) with billet ucas and though it's a great mid travel setup it's not the wide look that I want. Since he never came back I'm just going to assume he wanted to hear something positive on the pro comp LT. If it will never be seriously used offroad then people like that shouldn't be pushed to spend money on kits that will never really be used. That's my rant for the day. I agree though that if he's going to follow people like @Baja Mike, @papasmurf, (I like y'all's builds but I don't have that kind of cash:)) then yes, cry once, buy once. But not if it's just for looks.:hattip:
