Good heavens I remember those well...smogged-down...terrible. Terrible performance and mileage.

I don't make a living on my truck, I use the tool box just to throw junk in it. Fishtape, some network wires, golf shoes...old toilet seat so if anyone breaks into it they will be sorely disappointed. So I don't really need a heavy duty secure box.
I'm back and forth over low profile crossover or a chest.

yeah i would just throw EDC and emergency items like floor jack, tow straps, etc. but i still wouldnt want those jacked since good quality items are expensive.

Check out DeeZee tool boxes. Reasonably priced. WeatherGuard's a notch up.

Well it's been a year now. Still enjoy the truck, find myself taking long way home sometimes just to chill in the ride. Other than the alignment issue I can't find one fault, other than sucky radio thing.

Awesome you’re enjoying it! I’m hoping to get some good life out of mine as well. BUT, “last truck” is a bold statement Sir.

The only reason I would trade this is go Limited to get the split air.

Same here, I’ve always been in higher trim level vehicles and wanted to take a different approach on my SR5. Hopefully we don’t get the bug in a couple years!
