No kidding? We had KO2's on the trucks at my last job and I thought they were pretty quiet.

KO2 make that "slushy" sound when driving at low speed. They also pick up all those little rocks. The R/T don't.

    Looking good.
I am happy with my TRD shifter, its has a good feel. No need for aftermarket if you have the TRD shifter.

Nice looking' truck, sir. Did you say you removed your antenna? Might want to consider a stubby. Leaving that socket empty will likely lead to rust.

I still need to try out reception on mine, put on the 13" AntennaX. Was it just bad reception that made you take yours off?

reception was ok in the city but the product execution was so so. First it left visible threads once I put it one and needed to add a spacer. Second, having multiple adapters for different cars made it easier to have the adapter stuck in the socket and the left over antenna in your hand.

was averaging 14.5 to 15 mpg on a 1000 + miles trip. Not bad with the 33" toyos.
Went from sea level to 7,500 + ft then back to sea level.

really like the alpine area around Williams, AZ and Flagstaff,AZ
