Reaper pepper buffalo sauce ($12/6oz)

Figure I would throw this out on here:

I grow Carolina reaper peppers, scorpion peppers, habaneros and a ton of other peppers and veggies. I sell some of the garden to support my growing habit and will never turn a profit on my garden. So that being said for $12/6oz of Carolina reaper pepper buffalo sauce.

The ingredients: (not in any order)
-grilled onions
- grilled bell peppers
- reapers
-habanero
- butter
- salt and pepper
- Louisiana hot sauce

I make Carolina Reaper Buffalo Sauce. This isn’t for the weak of heart. How we cook with it is:

- Put on a dry spice (salt, pepper, paprika, etc)
-grill chicken
- When it is close to finished add some of the buffalo sauce and heat it up on the grill.
- let it rest, cut and toss in some more sauce (be careful this step can get you into a lot of trouble!)

They are technically in a can, but not canned so has to be refrigerated. Will last same as hot sauce (so a long time) in the fridge.

I can also sell straight reaper peppers if you prefer. I am not shipping any this year, but if it keeps growing I may consider it.

My max level of spice I can take is about jalapeno. Much more than that and it's too hot for me.

 

It’s pretty spicy! If you like spicy food you can do a lot with it, just depends how much you use. I can’t ship it this year, I will be working on actually canning it this year. Right now it has to stay refrigerated.

Reapers are about 100x hotter. Seriously.

 

Thx man. Growing veggies is a weird relaxation thing for me. We have zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries. Like I said, I never want to turn a profit on this stuff but I use top notch organic ingredients so I can just completely give it away!

Lol well then I'm out. I'm sure a little goes a long way and there are some good recipes but even though I like some heat, the reapers sound like death to me

 

I grow in some pots on my deck. Tomatoes, jalapenos, basil. Good enough for me but some day I'd like a small garden.

 

I think I started a "show us your garden thread" here a while back. As a kid we had a nice garden and miss doing it.

Some great looking peppers there. I would be interested. I once ate a whole scorpion pepper, not knowing what it was on a dare. That was painful.

 

yaaa habanero salsa is about the hottest I've ever tried..So im guessing thats a no for me
