Guy at work got his 4 wheels stolen yesterday in broad daylight on the company private parking.
He has a cadillac escalade. Car was on 4 concrete block. He was parked across me. I guess I got lucky...
Right now I have the Pro comp lug nuts that require special tool to remove but you can also buy that tool online.

Should I get a unique lug nut with key per wheel ? what's the best solution ?

    thanks

At least they only broke into my car 5 times in Rochester and only got away with my stereo once. They did get a bag of lugnuts, but not my wheels.

    Bummer.

I had locks, but if they are determined, it won't matter. The locks can be broken off with a socket and a hammer. And that will probably take a lug with it too.

yep bank account is running low from it..
Almost all locking devices for wheels have a work around or a key you can get. Sure it will slow them down but in the long run it will be on concrete blocks or ground.

Only way to screw with them and make it harder is have a level sensor in the truck. When the levels goes off balance by jacking one side up alarm goes off.

just trying to slow them down or at least be a deterrent for those not equipped with proper tools. I know a "pro team" will get it done no matter what.
Gotta have good insurance too I guess

lol..then they will want to break in to see if i left a gun inside..I usually don't advertise as I like to keep the element of surprise.

After looking for the same thing and talking to guys on the forum I decided against any locking lug nut. If a thief wants them that bad I didn't what my truck torn up in the process. Instead I called my insurance company and they added a rider to my policy covering theft of my wheels, tires and any aftermarket stuff I add, including stereo system. I forget how much it was, but it was pretty cheap.

    Or a "Bait Car" sticker.
I did the same thing with my insurance co. I still use 4 master lugs that use a socket that only works with them. Only a deterrent. But a good one.
