It does have the embossed skidplate, I had to get down on all fours to see it. It's pretty sweet. I'll grab some more pics today!

looks great. fox suspension plus 2 TRD sway bars probably help with the "cadillac" feel while driving on the freeway.

It's OK. I don't really mind it at all, but wish they had done something a little more discreet, perhaps in the lower grill like *gasp* FCA.

Overall, it doesn't detract from the look, but it's odd.

For the price, I may install the TRD rear sway here in a couple weeks to try it out. That thing is a bargain!

That’s also a really beautiful drive. Skipping most of the boring Texas parts. Next time you go to Amarillo go to the drive in theater for the double feature! That’s always a blast

Didn't know the 19s were set up for fogs on with DRL. Does this work in "auto headlight" mode as well?

Man, those 2019 Pros are sexy.
I love the embossed box sides so much. My 2018 doesn't have that, and I didn't realize until a week after I bought it.

Congrats on that new 19 Pro it looks great. I bought my first new truck from Street Toyota back in '83 and they were great to work with back in the day as well.

Congrats and beautiful truck. You got a great deal. I posted on another thread about my 2019 Pro experience in Atlanta. bottom line, final price was $61K, which ended up being too much for me. Thanks for posting this.

Hey! They come on with the existing cargo light in the 3rd brake light, and can be switched on from inside the cab, with any door open like the dome lights, or with the remote when I unlock the doors.

I put my deposit down with my local dealer the moment the 2019 was announced, before pricing was even close to being finalized. In my head, I had set my maximum price at $50k, so I was a bit apprehensive when I learned most trucks would be $52-54k delivered, IF they were priced at MSRP.

Of course, I ended up doing business at a different dealer, and I had my deposit refunded. My total OTD after tax and trade equity was still north of $50k, but since it was the EXACT truck I wanted, with all the options I wanted, in the right color, at the right time, I said screw it and pulled the trigger.

I wouldn't have even considered a deal in the 60's...you made a good call.

thanks for backing me up on my decision @VolksDragon it was really a let-down for me. with that said, i'm back to looking for a year-end deal on a 2018 Limited and i'll mod-up from there.

i guess looking back, i should have worked the same plan you described here. i really didn't consider that but i'm glad you did.

i'm still jealous as hell seeing yours right now but with time, i think it will get better (maybe..).
