    I've heard a couple good ones for those Ford front ends. Pretty amazing travel for such a simple, bulletproof, design.

    It's technically and a-arm but at a severely different angle than normal. Triangulation FTW. But it is the best way to get the maximum amount of wheel travel while keep the stock frame rails intact and not making the track width any wider.
