When comparing, keep in mind that there are different versions of each. Husky has X-Act Contour, Weatherbeater, and Mogo, each with their one unique attributes. Likewise Weathertech has Floor Liners, All Weather Mats, AVM mats, etc.
X-act Contour might be softer than Weathertech's Floor Liner while Weatherbeater might be harder than Weathertech's All-Weather (and vice versa), so to say one is better because it is softer or harder or curl up or whatever, might not be comparing apples to apples.

    Good points.

It’s actually an inside joke between Jose and I. We laugh about it on occasion, or when a new thread about the topic comes up every week.

Acknowledged. I did not really mean to direct my statement to you 2 specifically, both posts were just short and easy to quote for further comment.

Oh I hear ya man. We like to joke around a lot.

But in all seriousness, you bring up some good points on the differences in products.

I’m now havin a similar experience and will be calling their 800 number ASAP. Simply put, the way the full-coverage X-Act Contour sat in the box got it all crinkled and out of whack. It doesn’t fit anywhere close to how the front liners fit.

Same here. My Huskies do not have full coverage under the back seat. X-Act Contour came out way later.

Are you guys that have the rear Xact fits that go under the rear seats keeping them or returning them? I just installed mine and it is disappointing how well the fronts fit compared to the rear.

Is the 20/21 concensus if you want full coverage , still husky contours up front weathertech in the 2nd row?

I have been reading a lot of the old discussions and looking online... If you have not problem with two different brands, this is what will give you the best coverage. Looks like Weatherteach off more coverage in the back while the huskies might go a little higher in the front. The issue is it seems a lot of the pics of just the mats show the front drivers side covering the foot rest when the pics of them in application show that this is not the fact...

I've had my Huskys up front for 3 years now. They are holding up great and they cover the driver side foot rest. In the back I have the Toyota brand All weather. My kids can't reach the floor so it's never really been tested.

    It's good
No issues in CA with Weathertech for me -2 trucks. Maybe Husky got better, but their top end at the time (2017) sucks in my wife's Tahoe. I'm eventually going to eat it and swap them out.

SMARTLINER Toyota Tundra Install Video - YouTube

Just ordered some Smartliners... They were the only ones I found that have good coverage in the front and back. The front covers all of the foot rest and the side by the door and the rear goes under the seats, around the anchors and covers more of the sides. I will see how their construction is though and how well they fit in reality.
