Hi there. New to the forum, and a proud new 2018 sr5 mgm cm owner. Looking to spice my ride up and saw this picture and was wondering if anyone knew what/who makes and sells the roll bars seen in this pic? Thanks in advance.

Looks like it's part of an ARES Design body mod kit but I don't see that truck on their site. From the looks of what they do, they're too rich for my blood LOL. Cool lookin' Tundra though.

Seems to be ARES, but might be more of a one-off type thing. They do not advertise it on their site, but they do build killer vehicles (not my style though).

Similar mods on a Mercedes G-class.

This Land Rover is more my style. I will rock this:

All this "throwing up in mouths" just seems insensitive. Seriously, for the guy who still likes a stylish chain with his turtleneck...what's HE gonna use to get from point A to B. I'll tell you...this fine automobile!

I love that. I am old school an like the looks of a "roll bar". I also do construction management and have to have a strobe light on my truck when parked along a road - but I don't like leaving the light on the roof all the time - this light bar with the flip-up lights will be awesome for that.

Roll bars are coming back. I am putting ikamper.com RTT on my roof. The hard top tent is big so I am gonna have to use these roll bars with actuator to hide my Rigids when I have the tent on the roof.

    Quick hijack:

I haven't committed to that iKamper hardtop because I read you have to remove bedding to close it. (What's the point of one-minute set-up/ take-down, if I lose a bunch of time and storage, rolling and folding bedding twice a day... plus where else would I store it out of the dust?!) Have you looked into this? Can you please share your thoughts?

I wanted an RTT but didn't want to install it on top of the bed. Didn't want to deal with soft RTT as its too much work. Finally found Ikamper which is the biggest Hard top RTT in the market that sleeps 3-4 depends on size. Sets up in 60 secs. You don't need to remove the bedding as someone told you. That is incorrect.

The product came on kickstarter for 1 day and it was $1975 which was a steal. It has now gone up to $3500 which is too much. The width is about 54 inches which is perfect for Tundra. Length is 86 inches where crewmax roof is about 70 inches long. It will give you about 20-24 inches of overhang at the back. I was gonna buy it but then did some more research and came across xcover by Ikamper to be released as a topless tent. It will be released late this year or early next and probably will be $1100-$1300 if you buy it through kickstarter. You can sign up here to get the early specials.

    https://www.ikamper.com/pages/xcover

    Reason I chose xcover.

    1. Less expensive and still sleeps 4
    2. Length is 75 inches vs 86 so it fits on CM Tundra perfectly.
    3. I can install my bike racks and Canoe on top of it leaves more room for other accesories on the bed.
    4. Light weight so I can easily install it on cross bars
    5. No covers to deal with which is always a pain.
