Would absolutely love to! But I really need to get my hands on one! I know a couple guys with them locally, unfortunately bumpers arent high up on their priority lists so I havent been able to convince either of them to let me built them one...

Locally, this guy is probably the best chance. Built the bed rack for him a couple years back, and I know he's got a couple dents in his stock bumpers... just waiting on him to give it to me for some bumpers. But I'm also building him an offroad trailer to go behind his super cherry FJ40 so he might need to recoup some cash after we get that done for him.

2-3 days per bumper is typical. I'm pretty quick, but sometimes designs come quicker to me than others. Sometimes I sit and stare and sketch in CAD and measure a half a day before I even cut a piece of metal. LOL.
That 2-3 days would be fully built but bare metal, if we needed to get them powder coated I'd need to try and work with the coater to schedule a window in advance and would probably add another day to get it from him and bolted on.

Awesome build! That is the best looking front bumper I have seen for our trucks.

I'll have to think about that a bit, off the top of my head I think this one was about $1200 powder coated

    Couple new things lately
Went out on Desert cleanup yesterday and hauled a couple truck loads of trash out with @jberry813 then we went down to my shop and installed the Transferflow 46 gallon tanks.
Should get me 600 miles a tank cruising, and nearly 400 when towing my trailer with the 4runner loaded on it. 42.24 gallons and $108.38 to fill up after the install, range will make it worth it though

And last week I ordered TC 3/4 shackles and 10" travel Fox shocks for the rear. They should be in this week.
Going to be adding a new bed rack for some trips over the next month too. Overland expo in AZ, and Rock Therapy in Moab.

This is my favorite bumper so far. I would save up for it if he builds it. Wish i could make the trip and leaving my truck with him feasible.

The RTT is on a prototype rack I've been testing along with a few other friends of mine. They're working out awesome though so I'll likely be putting them in production pretty soon.
@jberry813 tundra also has one, I think he might have posted a few pictures in his build

Went to the lake yesterday. ALMOST got stuck. Checked to see if it was dry on the bank, seemed fine so started down. About 1/2 way down I decided to stop and make sure it was no trouble going back up. Turned out there was about 3" dry surface with clay mud underneath. Promptly broke through the surface sand into the mud and loaded up the tires. After a few strategic tries I managed to walk the truck over to the side a bit where there was more rock and then it clawed its way back up.
    The holes I dug:

Just a few, more to come
They've got all of about 100-150 miles on them so far, but initial impression is they're awesome...
Quietest tire I've ever heard that looks this aggressive. They look amazing on the truck.
After ditching the Trail Grapplers for these I hear noises in my truck I had no idea were there before- creaks in the dash, rattles in the back seat, wind noise from my tow mirrors. LOL. Truly amazed at how quiet they are. If I didnt know better I'd think they were an all season highway tire, not a an AT/MT hybrid.
Traction has been good, truck definitely handles better on the street too. Plus less wandering and pulling from irregularities in the pavement compared to the old tires.

If they work well in the rain/snow and last over 35K miles I'll probably replace this set with another.
