2" leveling kit in front nothing to the back
I have a 2008 Toyota limited crewmax 4x4 with the factory 20" and 275/60r/20 tires on now would like to keep my factory wheels on for now and maybe go with a taller tire in the range of a 295/ to a 305/ tire range. my question is on the leveling kit which would be the right one to go with to be close to level front and back I know the back needs to be slightly higher being 4x4 would I go with the new upper control arm kits- 4" front 3" back or 3" front 2" back? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

You didn't mention tire height, and without knowing that its difficult to recommend. If you want the 295 or 305 width, You should probably limit the height to around 60 with a 3" lift.

If you want it level as well as lifted, you need about a 2" differential (no pun intended) between front and back. 3/1, 4/2, etc. anything over about 285/65/R20, and I'd go with a 4" lift. 3" is cutting it close, without cutting (again, no pun intended).

    Don't forget the front diff-drop!

    For reference, I have 285/65 R20 KO2s on my '08 with a 3/1 lift with a 1" diff-drop. This is a 34.6" tire, and they fit without rubbing.

I have the Pro comp leveling kit and stock TRD suspension. Running 305/60/18 (32x12x18) with no issues. I will be switching to 33"s Toyo (33x12.5x18) this afternoon since my tires are worn out.
I'm also running aftermarket wheels with +18 offset

@bobeast do you have any pics of your truck with the 285-65-20? I'm wanting to get those tires in the next month or two. Thanks.
