I have a rattle/tapping noise coming from my dash/A Pillar/Glovebox area. It only rattles when I hit a bump but it is loud enough to hear it over the radio. Anyone else have this rattle? 2018 TRD Sport Crewmax.

I know this thread is old but maybe I have an answer to one of the rattling issues on the passenger side of the dash. I had my windshield replaced today and on the way home a rattle above the glovebox was driving me nuts. First rattle on my '14 so I knew it was created by the windshield swap. I found the issue where the dash top meets the right side windshield bottom. Toyota lined the edge next to the glass with a foam strip to dampen the vibration. The new glass was not touching the foam strip in that section with enough force to keep it from vibrating from the slightest road bumps. I silenced the tap tap tapping temporarily by rolling a small piece of velcro into a cylinder and pushing it into the depression above the foam strip. I believe Toyota engineered this foam strip for just this reason. The foam may lose its properties over time. In my case, the exact windshield location changed.
