Supercharger issue

Am facing an issue with my Tundra 2017 platinum i installed short headers , TRD Intake, TRD Daul Exhaust , Magnsoun Supercharger and programmed it into the dyno with Tundra computer

I see my Truck is very heavy plus it keeps cutting example if i press the gas it cuts and then pulls its self ist from the stupid TRD Intake , or ist from header short couldnt know whats the problem had any body went through this issues pls share with me your comments .

 

I willafter i change the TRD Intake and install racing filter plus installing the gear valve i will put it back to the dyno hope

Ditto for me, I run my Magneson, Bully Dog tune, 93 octane and with the traction control off and the tow haul button on at all times. I actually have a PAC TR12 trigger control module that shuts those off at ignition. If you just push the button once like the previous video describes as an option the TC will turn back on when you spin your tires so it's better to completely disengage it. If you don't with the light rear end of the truck the tires will spin really easy and even if it's just a little the system will apply the brake and power down the engine making it feel like what you describe. I would also ditch the TRD Cold Air intake and put the air box in that came with the Magneson SC. The cold air intake isn't doing you any favors on the low end and the SC is designed for the intake that came with it. One more thing to consider although it might not be as noticeable with the SC, to help get a little more low end back is add an x-pipe to your exhaust or better yet get a Dirty Deeds TRD replacement exhaust as he puts an x-pipe in his and it will bolt right to your TRD tailpipes. Keith @dirtydeeds will definitely be able to shed some light on the subject.

I fully agree in what y wrote i will change the setup from short headers to long tube i will get rid of the intake and put the open plus i might change the oem fuel pump and install racing fuel pump plus i will install the gear valve but the question is which is better in programming dyno or while driving the car

 

No standard tundra computer i was scared no one can program it here in my country plus thought all lights will comee up in the dashboard an the most reason i didnt want to go high bost , i have big wheels 20x 12 and i could onnly make 380 soon i will change the setup hopefully i go upto 460 hp with thse big wheels if its possible

 

You need to flash the TRD tune (not available for your year) or bullydog tune(should have come with magnuson supercharger kit). Change your fuel injectors and fuel pump ( these should also have come with your magnuson supercharger kit, they are higher flow)
Without the higher flow injectors, fuel pump to feed the injectors, and tune your stock ecu cannot feed the required fuel to keep your afr in the safe zone. You will have detonation and the ecu will pull timing.

 

DITTO!! Park that thing if your tuner/installer did not instal the proper fuel management system, you could severely damage that 5.7.
Any time you boost a rig you should have a Air/Fuel Ratio gauge too.
Find a new shop, I’m sure there is many in Dubai.
There is a Supercharged Lexus IS350 pushing 500+rwhp somewhere over there and his tuner/shop knows what they are doing. I’d highly recommend finding that shop.

The kit that guy in Dubai uses is from rr-racing.
This is the shop in the US that’s figured out how to actually tune a Toyota/Lexus ECU. They’re slow on developing, as I’m guessing their cracking codes as the years goes by. They’ve figured out Lexus up to 2017 and have successfuly put out a reliable SC kit for the bulletproof 3.5L lexus 2GR-FSE.

Next week i will take the car to a friend garage he will add a lexus fuel pump gear valve and install long pipe for the headers and change the cold air intake to the open one filter plus push button for tracation control instead of stopping which take minutes plus re program it while driving not in the dyno

 

Yes sir there quiet good garages here whos been working in the 5.7 engines actually know they been taking out the MG superchargers and going to harrops super am talking my my car next week
