So i ordered front and rear bumper inserts for my black 2018 tundra. I removed the rear bumper ends today. I am now trying to install the plastic replacement bumper ends but i must be doing something wrong. I ordered these bumpers from my toyota dealer. The holes aren't lining up and there aren't enough hole as my chrome bumper. Does anyone have any info that might help me?

If you bought the rear bumper caps to replace the chrome ones.....you will need the internal bracket/structural part that the plastic ones mount to.

You’ll need both the end cap and the internal part for that to work. #6 and #9

What they said and you'll need a few more parts than just the structural ones. You can find a list of them here (it's in the first post, just have to scroll down):

If it were just the covers, I would have been all over this. Since you need all the other parts for the rear, $$$ adds up quick. That's why I went with BumperShellz.

The swap was actually very easy. The rears took about 45 mins (being meticulous) the fronts were about an hour.
Others will say different times. Just depends on how mechanically inclined you are. I made sure I had everything lined out before the swap.

Make sure you have a set of ratcheting wrenches. This will be a must have for this job.
