Loving it so far. 6112s planned for install today. Dual exhaust going on most likely next week. Maybe powder coat the stock wheels black? Probably will add some slider/step types if possible for pseudo-dual function to protect when on rough territory hunting or camping. Got about 8 grand off sticker when all said and done thanks to slow Tundra sales and large inventory buildup. My 3rd gen Tacoma drove like dogshit even after all of the updates. Couldn't stand the thing.

Did I mention I love how this thing drives compared to my tacoma? God damn what a relief!

Yeah was thinking more black or color keyed in that area. Not sure if the blacking out thing is getting played out now or what.... I do have black tailgate letters on order. Thanks!

Barcelona Red is sweet! If you color matched grille/bulge/bumper and blacked the wheels, it look like this. Ignore the chrome mirrors/handles. I’d black the emblems too but that’s just me. Or just do the wheels, your truck, your tastes. Enjoy!

Very nice. Love it. I have black emblems on order. Dealer is actually doing it for me when they put on the trd dual exhaust. Glanced at pricing for grill options and looks expensive maybe $700+? To get where you're at?

Not sure, depends on your budget, could be a future mod too. Vinyl wrapping is cheaper than powder coat but less durable. Grille surround, silly, does not come in just that piece, includes center. So you'd have to replace it whole, maybe replace it with a 2018 red, 2017 Pro red, or 2019 Pro black and get it painted red (2019 only comes black/white/blue), or paint existing red. The top bulge is separate. Either way 6112 and dual exhaust are great starters. Sometimes I regret mpg loss with heavier wheels/tires so powdercoating stock wheels is a good choice.

Reference prices on parts, use FORUM20 for 20% shipping discount if through Roman and Cool Springs: https://www.tundras.com/threads/ultimate-oem-toyota-parts-thread.10707/

Btw, mine's black with 2017 Pro grille, debadged except "Tundra". Love red though!

Yep, I just came out of a 3rd gen Tacoma myself and I’m always having to watch my speed as the Tacoma was a dog power wise and the 5.7 just has gobbs of power even when babying it. I loved my Tacoma but don’t miss the sluggishness of it at all.

Cant decide on 1.9 or 1.3 for the setting. Really dont want to be nose high when I tow or haul and do not plan to add much bigger tires.

I just got a price on powder coating my offroad wheels and they want 150.00 a wheel. Does that sound high? I could almost buy new rims for that much. But, I really like these rims, I just want them all black.

I've heard as low as 50$/ wheel in some cases so 150 could be avg or a little high? Not too sure.

Seems high to me. I just dropped off my wheels to get powder coated and the cost is $75 a wheel.

Here she is with 1.9. I think it will settle perfectly. Not nearly as nose-high as I worried it might be initially.

That does sound high. Seems like right around $100 is the average price posted here.

Another option if you want to stay stock is to look for a set of TRD PRO's. If you can get a set for $800 (I did) and sell your set you'll be close to the price of having yours powder coated. Same wheel, just all black.

Ha now that I think about it.... does sound kind of funny. I probably should have said I have the TSS radar sensor Bracket Relocation kit for the 2017 to 2019 trd pro grille and oem honeycomb grille adjustable for suspension height :)

Took measurements before and after 6112s in same spot of driveway. Strange how some of the numbers flipped. Note: It's only been four or five hours since having them installed.
