    Hey Everyone-

I am finally narrowing down my tonneau search and the Bak Revolver X4 is at the top of my list. For those of you that have it, how do you like it? If you did it all over, would you buy it again?

I love my X2, I think its the same thing expect the X4 is a matte finish, and more money.

Good news. Did you have to lower your bed rails for install?

Yeah they supply brackets. I did one for my buddy 2 weeks ago. Took under an hour.
I like mine, keeps everything dry, some drips come in near tailgate sometimes when I wash the truck but its pretty water tight.
Rolls up easy, fits great, looks so nice I love the low profile. The x2 isn't that glossy, and can be toned down depending on what you use to clean it. so unless you really really want matte finish I'd spend that extra 100-200 on something else.

I like mine. My first one had an issue with the seal that they ended up sending me a whole new top. BAK stands behind their stuff. I had to have them send me out the straps again to but I forget why.
I got mine by calling truckalterations.com. they beat auto anything by quite a bit. Drop shipped straight to my door.

I've had the x2 on my last two trucks. I do get a very small amount of water near the tailgate when I wash my truck but none when it rains. I love the low profile and it doesn't block the rear window when folded. Make sure you use a vinyl cleaner once is a while to get the vinyl is top shape.

Just ordered an X4 with a bakbox2. Can’t wait to get it and install for upcoming camping trip. This forum is a good resource to ‘finally’ pull the trigger! Thx.

I did the X4, its great, yes I had to move the cargo rails but the new brackets they have for them are very well designed, still can tie down my dirt bikes no problem.

I have had them on my last 2 trucks. They are great. I think they were both the x2. It is far better than any of the canister ones i have had or the flip folds.
One suggestion, I would pull the sticky label off of the top of it when you install it. Gives a cleaner look. The impression in the material from removing it goes away in a day or two.IMG_20180720_071836.jpg

I've had a X4 for about 6 months. I love it, looks great, decent security when the tailgate is locked, snow load not a problem, and doesn't block the rear window. I do get a small amount of water but most covers leak a little. Check with @eccracer104 for pricing.

Have had X4 on work truck for a few months now. Liking better than the previous retractable I had. X4 looking to be next best option than hard cover. I need to haul stuff from time to time. Can't beat solid hard cover to keep things dry.

can you guys post some more pictures of the x4 x2?
I have access lorado and it is absolute junk. flops around on highway, finish is kind of crappy...

Can you guys spam some pictures of your x4s /x2s open / closed, their relationship to the utility rails and outside bed rails?

sucks this thing is a G-note though
