What's a good storage to go with a trifold Tonneau cover?

Hey all! So I recently got my first Tundra, a 2018 Crewcab with a Tonneau cover. One of the issues I've been looking to solve is how to increase my overall storage (beyond just tossing things in the bed of the truck and letting it roll around). I found a few cool items online, but some of them require drilling into the bed of the truck which, considering I just bought this thing yesterday, I'm not in a huge hurry to do. =D

So, what do y'all who have the Tonneau cover use for storage? Just toss stuff in the bed, or perhaps the Saddlebags that hook to the railings?

    Any thoughts are appreciated!

I keep a medium sized Plano Sportmans Trunk under my tonneau cover. It has plenty of room for my Husky tool bag, 4 way wrench, jumper cables, 30 ft towstrap, Hilift jack base, bungee, ratchet straps, hatchet, etc, etc, etc. I have a rubber bed mat, so it stays put very well.

    Awesome! Thanks for the response.

I was thinking that I needed to hook it up to something so it wouldn't slide all over the place, but if it's holding firm with just a rubber bed mat then that sounds great to me! Is your medium the 68 quart?

Ah. You may have issues. My tonneau mounts on top of the bed and allows me the full 22+ inches. Going to measure it for you, though.

You may be alright, but get your own measurement to validate. I have a drop in bedliner and have 19.5 to the bottom of the cargo rails.

Awesome! I appreciate you goin out and doing that. That's great, yea I'll definitely snag a measurement tomorrow but I should have the same setup so I should be good.

Excellent, all of this should solve my issue perfectly. Thanks everyone!

I think it's about 68. It measures roughly 30"h x 12"w x 14"d. It has plenty of room for my needs without taking up a lot of room in the bed. I have about 60 lbs of stuff in it, so it's easily pulled out if I need to.

I use a Tyger Roll-Tonneau Cover. $189 at Amazon. Easy install took about an hour. I had a Tyger Tri-fold on my Tacoma, only problem was if I wanted the whole bed I had to take it off. The Roll-up obviously rolls up so you get access to the whole bed. The cover held up well with no issues. I did take it off in the winter when they called for heavy snow but I had left it on for a 6 inch snow and just brushed it off.
