RAM also offers a lifetime bumper-to-bumper warranty for $3,000. If you plan on keeping it a long time, that might be worth it.

Sorry I saw a new one the other day and the front end looks horrible and I still can't get over the gigantic "RAM" that's on the tailgate, plus it's a Chrysler product.

He even says the air ride suspension "don't know how long that will last" I do like Doug's videos though. I subscribe to his u tube channel. It is a good way to see other vehicles.

I thought it was more like Ford and Honda got together. Ram's used to look like trucks, now they look like a car with an allergic reaction

I think it looks pretty good. The interior looks awesome. I feel sorry for anyone paying 65K for it though. You can get 10-12K off already on the 2019 model's. That is how you know the MSRP is inflated.

That’s the problem. You even pay 60 for that thing and by the time your done with financing you’re back to 65. Then 2 years later you still owe 55 and it’s worth maybe 40. That’s a BAD spot to be in.
You better get that for 52,000 and put some cash down or you’ll be in sideways real quick.

As for me, I’m not a big fan. I’m sure it has some really nice amenities but for whatever reason it reminds me of a bigger Ridgeline and I hate the Ridgeline..

And like every other warranty, they play the numbers and they have done their due diligence looking at length of time of ownership. IF you know that truck will be around for 20 years then it might be worth it.

I almost bought a Ram, but wasn’t thrilled with the deal. I went to see the Tundra immediately after. The quality difference was night and day. So glad things didn’t work out at Dodge dealership.

Nice tech, but like others have said, more shit to break.

Once I heard the price I was in “stitches”

The air ride can be all kinds of trouble in the cold we get up here. Even brand new.

Plus.... $65k for a Fiat/Dodge/Ram product???!! Ya right!

That stitching does look like shit. The head unit looks interesting--personally I turn my screen off at night for better forward vision while driving too bright. The ram head unit is practically a flat screen t.v.

I looked at every brand but Nissan before I bought my tundra, even though I knew I would probably buy a Tundra. All the new trucks are really nice, but it came down to the quality and resale value, just as it was when I bought Tacoma’s and my new 4Runner last year. My dad has a 16 Sierra SLT, way nicer than my Tundra Sport and has had zero issues through 60k miles. And his 2004 Ford 150 had 200k before he had major issues. He doesn’t understand my loyalty to Toyota...he’s never owned one... ever.. and he’s had lots of vehicles.

Coworker has the previous generation Ram in Laramie trim, it's a really nice truck. Lots of nice features and something I'd consider if I was keeping it 5 years. But, I don't trust chrysler products enough to keep one longer than that
