Hi guys, anyone have any experience with their removable front window rattling on their Leer cap? I just got my cap put on Monday. Any quick fix would be appreciated. Thanks!

As an aside, I'm kinda shocked at the lack of quality control on these things for how much they cost. One of my sliding windows won't close all the way unless I get out of the back, lift the seal and push the glass in. Now the front window rattle. I love the cap, but for $2400 I'd expect things to work a little better out of the box. It also leaks like a sieve, but I'm going to blame that on the installation, not the cap itself.

Hey, did you ever go back to the dealer to address the window rattle? I just got my canopy put on last week and have a few QA issues as well... I got the 100XR with the full-glass rear door and it squeaks like crazy. I sprayed the latches with some WD-40 and it pretty much went away, but I can still barely hear it on bigger bumps. Also, one side of the canopy looks like some dirt or dust got blown on it before they painted as there are a few small raised bumps, one which appears to be "open". I also have the same issue with the rattling removable front window. Also, if I have the sliding portion open it works its way closed as I'm driving, which doesn't work well for the dog. Lastly, it looks like whoever installed the headliner got blue adhesive/glue all over part of the headliner. As you said, it's pretty crappy QA for such an expensive product.

I pointed out the paint to the dealer and they said I can send it back for warranty repair and be without it for 4 weeks... Seems like BS to me since they gave it to me like that—it's not something that just developed over time. I'm considering just going back and asking for a new one.
