Been working on a map from bullpen to Mormon lake, only thing is im not sure if all the "roads" on my map are wide enough for trucks.

Is there issues with going 13.5? I dont have glass fenders ,my wheel specs are 17x8.5 +0 offset. Thanks

 

More than likely UCA contact,I'm with little room on 12.5s and RW wheels.

 

Is this where aftermarket uca's would help? I currently have 285/75 but want the 37s

 

You won’t have uca clearance problems with 0 offset wheels. 0 offset gives you at least 2” more uca clearance when compared to RW wheels. RW wheels are +55 offset I believe.

 

Your biggest problem putting 37s on a 0 offset rim is going to be the body mount. And I don’t think it’s going to work with a 13.5” wide tire. To get our 37s on 0 offset to clear we had to chop the piss out of the body mount, hammer the pinch welds flat, limit uptravel at the bumpstop, install an adjustable upper control arm and fiddle fuck with alignment at a shop that willing to do it using only the heims on the upper. You have to thrust the LCA all the way forward to keep the tire off the body mount. That means the only way to get camber and caster set is to adjust the upper control arm. I only know of one on-truck adjustable UCA at the moment and it’s from Icon.

If you want 37x13.5 you need an offset of about 18-25, depending on your wheel width. That’s what we had before and it cleared the upper and also the stock fenders.
