Dont you think some guys know the women they been married to for years. I have to get the wife to run a few errands with the truck because of my schedule but after 18 years I know that she will at some point back in to something or scrape something so her car when truck is not needed 99% of the time, is the understanding. AND I will admit the selfish reason is she will spill coffee at some point.

I see I got 3 pages to go through so I sure covered already but MY theory is some women just see the car-truck as a tool, same as the lawn mower, super clean house with nice things but dont give a shit about cars.

Throwing this out there to anyone interested. If there is a wife that sucks at driving wanting to learn, you can borrow my Tacoma ON ONE CONDITION.... You MUST guarantee that the truck will get totaled. I want a Tundra.... Any takers?

Nice, I told my 9y old she is getting my truck, now she tells all her friends it's hers. I am about as far away as badass gets driving around blasting Haschak Sisters with screaming 9y olds in the back.

 no issues. And that's honestly what she is planning for. We already have future trips planned out that take our trucks off the beaten path. She wants a 4x4. I hope we can find her one that is in good shape but not too damn expensive. She is already saving up.

My oldest isn't getting it either, I figure I'll still be driving it in 3y when she's 16. I'm not sure she'll even be borrowing it at 17.
Now in 7y when my 9y old is ready, I'll be in a new truck.

We always blast music and sing at the top of our lungs. And if its not broiling outside all the windows are down so we can bring out joy (I'm sure its more like annoy) to others:D

Disney movie songs are my youngest ones favorite.... as for the oldest it depends.... depends on her mood

This is my 4th vehicle since i started driving 22 years ago. I keep mine for a long time. My Chevy i only had for 2 years because my ex had am issue with me driving a single cab manual pickup with a baby. The Ford i had until i limped it into the flagship to get my tundra (10yrs) and my other truck (Toyota) wad my first truck. So i don't plan on changing to anything else any time soon but we will see

If anyone wants to learn how to back up a large trailer, start with a tiny trailer first they are much more difficult to back up. Obviously a large trailer is more difficult when going forward to articulate it around turns properly and understanding how long the entire rig is, so that you don’t take out stop signs and other vehicles. But backing up a large trailer, other than the blind spots, is much easier as far as overcorrection when backing up. Slow and small movements. I learned on a small rail dirtbike trailer. Nobody taught me, I just understood how it worked, as I played with small hot wheel size trailers as a kid, because I was fascinated by Semi trucks.

I hooked up a small Jet ski dolly to my bicycle and basically turned it into a chariot when I was 12-13 yo. Me and my best friend practiced backing that stupid thing up and take turns driving each other around the city. We would go miles!

I wouldn’t say I’m a pro but I can thread the fucking needle with a trailer backing up. I’ve had to back a 26 foot boat about a block on a dead end campground with narrow streets. Just so we could jackknife it into a carport opening only a few inches wider than the trailer. After that, my friends would just hand me the keys and I became designated boat launcher and parker. It also open the door for me to drive that boat as designated driver. I can only trust myself not to drink around some of these guys Lol. I’m not going to Havasu jail LOL!

Site-6 in Havsu is where a lot of people launch their boat. We would post up with an ice chest and just watch the show. It’s amazing how many idiots don’t know what they’re doing.

@BTBAKER if your brother-in-law would let his kids jump on your rental car right in front of you. You could only imagine what he would do, and let his kid get away with when you’re not there.
