so after buying my windshield cover and being impressed by fit finish and sun blockage i decided to return my cover and buy the whole kit. the only light passage is behind the rearview mirror.

as expected the fit n finish is amazing on all windows. tomorrow i will performance test the whole set and see how they do in the 90s

Definitely let us know...if they work well might be a good investment... especially with leather interior

I have the same set all around for my CM and I’m impressed with the fit and durability. Light blockage is 99% and during the hot 100+ days it keeps the interior much much cooler even with the window tint.

    Save you guys a click

    $60 for the windshield
    $140 for the set CM

These would be great for In Cab camping.

the brighter pics are in the sun one thermometer was on the dash the other on center console kinda shaded a bit. with the ir thermometer everything u touch was 190 to 200+ degrees including front leather seats.

with covers it was 120 constant and when i turned the ac on it cooled down in minutes while parked.

How do they stay up on the side windows? Just curious, since there was no option for anything but the windshield on a 2013. Id like to find something for the front doors, preferably something that doesn't use suction cups.

so 5 mins after starting and idleing in the sun ac on.. im down to 80 degrees inside from 120. as i removed the covers i probed the air temp and its 40.. the angle of the shot makes it look like 45. you be the judge.

These, husky liners, under the seat lockable storage (rear), & see if a friend could come up with a front under seat storage that fits my concealed carry for me...

    As a side note...

You can not purchase just the rear set, so if your purchase is recent enough call them directly or i can give you the contact for the guy i spoke to, in my case i was issued an rma to return my first one and purchase the new set and shipping was free.

My guess is that the tie strap on the full set model is a bit longer to help roll up all the covers together.

Pretty cool thread by the OP. Nice temp recordings.

Ceramic tint on windows cuts heat significantly too!

You will notice your a/c works better, less heat in the cab, etc. These window covers by the OP seem cool but too much work to hang them on an everyday basis. The ceramic tint is always there.

same here: around 360 for all 5 installed. I went max legal all the way around which seems like it tripled the tint in the back. They stripped the front two and put just the new tint on those (not darker %) but it looks probably 25% darker than it was just because of the reflective properties of the material used. It does cut down on heat, but I figured that was because I got limo on the back 3.
