WTH is happening here with Traction Control light kicking in at acceleration??

SOB I accidenlty missed the C for Performance tune amd now it said go to update some shit! And BD Tech is closed. Grrrrrrrr i already spent an hour updatimg!!!!!

 

@GNTundra I finally hung up with BD Tech. Turns out they didnt close for another hour so I got lucky.
My Honest opinion on this 3 hour long non Plug N Play wealth of let downs has taught me a hell of a lot.
There is no On The Fly switching tunes for Us "Gas Guys"

You have to take the GT out of your truck to download and go back to your truck and upload 1 tune to use.

You must have your truck hooked up to a 10-15 amp charger mandatory or they will not continue nor will the unit. Yes Im serious.

So Only diesel guys can switch on the fly tunes because they only use diesel. Huge blow to the groin for me and I was stunned.

My truck was set to Performance tune for now and the hell with it. Smells rich and start up and I can only imagine my MPG are going to plunge into the abbyss. LOL

You have to upload the latest soft ware on the desk top right out of the box before you can do anything

You then must upload into the truck and select 3 tunes, then go back to the desktop to have them tuned. Then go back to the truck and you can only pick 1 of the 3 to use. Sorry charley Youre a "Gas Guy".

God help you if you accidently hit done where the down botton was a second prior before you finish tune B or C because youre now "CODE 550" locked out and to the desk top you go to load, come back to the truck unload, then reset, back to the desktop you go to get sent back to the truck to start from zero again. Did I mention that happened to me 2 times in the last 45 mins?

Its the size of a credit card and the letters are so small I needed reading glasses the whole time. Guess how many times I got to the truck and had to go back for them? Yeah

And well I cant drive with reading glasses on so I guess we know where I stand.

I did manage to do the Zero Calibration in 1 whopping minute flat without a single snag.

I TOOK IT OUT OF MY TRUCK AND GRABBED A COLD ONE THEN CALLED IT QUITS.

SO how is everyone else?

We ran the wire to key on power for BD and the damn thing still needs to be programmed to turn off the nannies everytime the truck starts??? Total Bullshit. Tell your buddy to hit me up. @GNTundra Dude I just realized we have near identicle trucks! Year ,make and model and all! Hell yeah! Totally after the Fender flares for next week.
