It's a beefed up version of the Deaver I-96. We've dubbed it the I-96HD.

We went through several revisions with Deaver before getting it just right

Just to brain storm, to replicate a build like this with parts and labor: $30-40k?

Yep, if you do all the labor yourself. It's easy to look at the parts you think are required but it's a huge snowball, especially if you wanna really use it. For example, are you gonna build this and keep it on stock 32" tires? Hell no. So, there's, tires, gears, BMC and pinchweld. Most of the trucks I know of that are really used off road have upgraded the motor mounts, braced coil bucket to coil bucket over the engine, deleted the cam tabs for the LCA, boxed and braced the rear portion of the frame.
For me it's been totally worth it and I've done a ton of the work myself. But every time I think I'm done I find another part of the truck that needs to be "reinforced." Not trying to talk anyone out of a build like this, most fun I've ever had behind the wheel but it's not cheap. It can be done, most commonly is done, in stages. Most never get to the very last stage which is painting the fiberglass.
