Sunday I smoke some sweet potatoes, sausage, and chickens on top of whatever we eat that night. I use the leftovers if I’m not traveling and in the office. Works well, hoping it will pay for my new audio upgrade. Them Hertz speakers ain’t cheap

I eat leftovers a lot at work. I eat a lot of sandwiches but I turn my dinners into sandwiches for lunch. I have a variety of snacks to keep it interesting. I keep my cupboards stocked with trail mix, almonds, pub mix, different types of healthy chips. Don’t forget a piece of fruit or carrots. I prefer a banana. I also change up my sandwich’s constantly. Egg salad, turkey, leftover steak, pot roast, tuna, steamed chicken ect. My favorite is steamed chicken on toasted Ezekiel bread with avocado. I eat out once a week. For some reason I either go to a place called jacks for a really good turkey sandwich LOL or to my other place called Steve’s for a fish sandwich.
You got to stay away from the fast food. But I’m a glutton for bread LOL. But I’ve dropped 15 pounds in the last two months cutting out fast food.
