Odyssey Beerwerks | Arvada, CO
Pyscho Penguin 5.5%
Vanilla Porter

Pours a pretty nice dark brown color, nice carbonation, with a pretty nice small creamy light tan head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, with some chocolate/toffee, vanilla. The taste is malty, chocolate/toffee, vanilla. Medium body. Overall, decent.

Rockyard Brewery | Castlerock, CO
Boysenberry Blonde Ale | 5%

Aromas of some fruit with an ale mixture.
Pours very smooth with a light purple color.
Tastes very refreshing with a hint of mixed berries. Definitely a great beer on a hot day!

 

Tastes like an ipa with a hempish aftertaste. Not bad. Not worth the upcharge though.

 

Breckinridge Brewery | Nitro Orange Cream Ale
Breckenridge, CO | 5.5%

After quickly settling from the aggressive pour, this is actually an almost clear light orange with a thin white head that leaves plenty of lacing.
Aroma is very faint for an orange cream flavor.
Flavor is light, almost non existent.
The feel is very creamy and lacks carbonation. Overall not a beer that I will drink again or recommend.

 

Left Hand Brewery | Juicy Goodness
Dry Hopped Golden Ale | 5.5%
Longmont, CO.

Pours mostly clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma of citrus and some tropical. Tastes of light orange, grapefruit, a tad of pineapple, and malt. Not real juicy, but a nice hot weather beer that’s refreshing.

 

I was highly disappointed. 1/10 for creamsicle flavor.

Blood Orange Belgian | 5.6%

Pours a light orange with little lace. Taste of orange, pineapple, and wheat with aromas of tropical fruit and pineapple. So far, this brewery has yet to disappoint.

Tropical IPA | 6.5%

I had this last night, and I don’t recall the details. I can tell you I’m not big on IPA’s but this was far from hoppy. If you’re into hops, then this will not be for you. I definitely recall how smooth it poured, and went down.
