Hey guys, I have a quick tech question that I am hoping you can help with. I am planning on powdercoating my front row hooks off my 16 SR5 to match the TRD red from my sway bar and the TRD red stitch in my seats. My question is, what should I torque the bolts to when reinstalling the tow hooks on the front? I couldn't find any info in the manual or online. Thanks for the help in advance!

Also, if any one knows the paint code for TRD red that would be helpful.

+2 for the high temp red. Did the same for my 2016.

My hillbilly torque wrench only has 3 settings. Pretty tight, Damn tight, Damned frackin' tight. I torqued mine to the third setting.

Seriously, I think 65 is the expected torque.

Haha, thanks for this. My wrench had a fourth setting; bolt stripping tight. As a wanna be mechanic, I am frequently torquing mine to the fourth setting.
