Agreed, love the price, don't love the look but still functional. However I think anything over my bed length of 5'7" is no good for me. Damn Jim, ur like the bed slide master. It's as if u were just waiting for someone to say they want 1. Like u had gathered 30 options in anticipation, I love it.

Think finding a 5'7" or smaller is going to be tough.

Get that one, cut it down and paint it with bed liner and you can get a lot of colors now and you would still be saving $ for other mods.

Steal right here. Anybody who wants it let me know. They sell for over $100 more than what I'd sell to a member here. If u meet me I'd take $200 for it. It's a lighted hitch step drop shank tow hitch. Rated for 17k lbs. The lights are k.c. and bright as hell. My loss is your gain. The reverse ball is brand new and yet to be towed with.

 

Come on tri state people's, somebody here buy my hitch so I can put that money into a good cause, mods I've already bought and now gotta pay for. It's starting to look like I'm the only knucklehead that even goes all out on their hitche))ll)s. I know there's cheaper out there that work just fine. But if this was shit I wouldn't sell it and pass along to anyone else I didn't think would be happy with it. I'm telling you guys, this setup really is very heavy duty and worth every penny. I really do wish I didn't have to sell it. The person who buys it for $200 is getting a phenomenal deal and a really cool, very functional, and different from everyone else's plain old 1 function boring hitch. I've got it posted everywhere. I just sold the all weather mats ,it's not going to last long at this price.

 

Any locals need a white grill surround? No insert, and no hood bulge. All clips intact. It's new condition, never installed. Not looking to ship it.

Hey! How was everyone's summer? Any good stories?

Hunting season has kicked in for me and this cold weather gets the juices flowing. Any other hunters on here?

 

I have the skills and equipment but no time. Seems like since my kids were born my hunting days ended. Funny you mention the weather. I'm not a huge hunter evidenced by my lack of going over the last handful of years, more of a fisherman. But, when that first bit of colder weather roles in for some reason bow hunting is the 1st thought that comes to my mind every single year.

Good luck this year. Look like yet another year I will not have the time to go. Not to bring the morale down but my hunting partner died in a car accident around the same time I last went hunting. Honestly I think I make the excuse of not having time but that plays a bigger part in me not going anymore.

 

Sorry to hear that! The same thing happened with my uncle. I didn't go out for a few years after that. Just now I have started getting back in the swing of things. What type of fishing you like doing? I live on one of the fingers lake here in NY. If you want a week or two away with the family with solid fishing look at Keuka Lake.

 

I use to go hunting but when my daughter was born I stopped. I'm the only one in my family that eats it anyway.

Tnx. I do it all but my real love is freshwater bass fishing. I have experience doing all kinds of fishing but my love and say expertise is in bass fishing. Love getting on a boat and killing the large and smallmouth. I live on Upper Greenwood lake and have a small boat that hasn't seen the water in a year or 2. Just so happens my hunting partner was also my fishing partner, it was also my fiance's brother so it hit real close to home. I could never stop fishing though and always get to go a little bit, but it use to be a couple times a week year round thing from open water to ice. Now it seems to be more of a bring the kids and make sure they have fun. When that happens it seems I don't get much time to actually enjoy the fishing, just enjoy them having fun. Now I'm lucky just to go a dozen times a year where I get to concentrate actually fishing.

I appreciate the offer, just seems like I'm always short on either time or money.

Hey Steve. Really knock on wood not a lot at all. I think we've only had 2 even plowable storms. The 1st was more than expected at I think 8 inches. The last was only like 4-5. Besudes that it's been pretty mild this yr so far. Hasn't even got really cold until recently. I know even the little we got so far I'm guessing u don't miss it.

 

Just got 4 to 5 last night into this morning, here in Central Pa. On top of what blew thru here late last week. But all in all it's been fairly mild.

 

Damn we didn't get anything in northern NJ. We are supposed to get like 3-6 on Tues though. Sucks too because I get overtime for snow plowing outside normal work hours. Been a mild poor winter lol.

 

And I don't want snow. Find another job for mod money.

 

I've been trying to get the wife to move south for the last 18 years. It's not working out to good

 

3 years and I'm going.

 

Too bad, that and water pipes breaking under the road is my mod money. Would you rather have snow or water to your house. You pick, I'm fine either way lol. I will say the snow is easier earned mod money.

 

Hey I meant to ask ya, what did u decide to go with on the boot? Mine has been sitting in my unheated garage for months in the cold. I'm wondering if I'm even gonna be able to get it to install at all?

 

I ordered one without the carbon fiber, should be here Tuesday. Bring yours inside the house and then install it tomorrow after work. It's worth the try. How long ago did you buy it? The seller told me that's it is after 6 months so no warranty. I would install yours so if (hope not) you have the same issue you could at least get another one or your money back.
