Well, Matt mentions in his video about the smaller orifice keeping pressure in the 1100to 1200 zone to not cut the paint. He has to be doing something in the wand....right?

I'd have to listen to the video to get an understanding of what he's referring to. If he somehow modifies the wand to regulate pressure, I'd like to see his process for doing that.

This is what I have. Best thing is you can say the first one you got doesnt work no matter what you do and you did followed the instructions and they'll send you a second one for free and now you have 2! haha Works really really well. I recommend and it doesnt break the bank especially when you are a prime member with free shipping!

I’m going to send him a message. Will post his response later.

Way over thinking this. It’s the nozzle size he is using to keep pressure at 1100. Nozzle is 4.0. Here is the chart...which I don’t pretend to know how to interpret.

So, reading up on this a little further, there are different orifices for nozzles, which I'm guessing is what Matt is referring to when he talks about regulating safe pressures for washing vehicles. He takes everything to a very high level when it comes to the process of maintaining a vehicles finish, that's for sure.

4runner - agreed on overthinking this...at least 4 me. My little electric pressure washer does not generate enough PSI to get me in trouble
