Anyone wanna trade lights?

Looking to possibly trade my 2018 chrome housing led headlights for the black housing. I'll pay shipping and ship to you first so you wont be without a truck.

 

Looking to buy soon, yeah I want the dark ones as well, but might wait on the '19 Pro HL see if they black

But I really want the smoke ones now bad!

 

I wasn't sure if it would limit light out put. I like the black housing smoke tail lights though.

That buddy of mine who wants these is quickly turning into me wanting these. @Erichudgins was kind enough to show me pics of the difference between the chrome and black. Anyone else have pics of their 18 lights they are willing to share?

 

Anyone know if the led light bulb can be changed? If so what is the brand being run on them now and can a brighter one be put in?

 

I don't believe anyone has figured this out yet. The bulbs as far as I hear are not removable and are expected to last the lifetime of the truck. IIRC @1UPPER was having a set retrofit, so when this is done we will likely have more answers

Yes sir I’m having 18s retrofitted but I’m not changing out the existing leds bulbs. I’m having the halos changed and some other features done. Supposed to see them late this month.

 

Just an FYI Toyota has some new black housing headlights to release later this year. Same style but more black on them. At least that’s what I was told when I saw the photos.

 

Are your headlights stock head led lights do you still have them
